Thema of the Half Day Seminar

THE FUTURE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Dean will bring his knowledge and experience to share with us on "The futuristic project management (PM) model was developed by the understanding of “natural laws” and not the traditional inductive process of making small modifications of the traditional PM practices. It redefines risk as “the factors that the expert does not control”; moves the financial risk to the owner, contrary to the traditional movement of risk to the vendor & utilizes the concepts of natural laws"
