It is with profound sadness that the Association of Construction Project Managers Malaysia (ACPM) mourns the passing of Tun Dr Siti Hasmah Mohd Ali on 28 September 2026.
The Council and Members of ACPM extend our deepest and heartfelt condolences to our esteemed Honorary Fellow, Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad, and his family during this time of profound loss.
Tun Dr Siti Hasmah will be remembered with great respect and affection for her lifelong dedication to her family, the community and the nation. Her compassion, humility and distinguished service have touched generations of Malaysians and leave behind an enduring legacy.
ACPM also remembers with fondness her gracious presence alongside Tun Dr Mahathir at an ACPM occasion in 2013, when Tun Dr Mahathir was bestowed the Project Management ICON Award and Honorary Fellow recognition. That cherished moment remains part of ACPM’s history and holds an even deeper meaning as we remember her today.
The ACPM family joins the nation in mourning her passing, and our thoughts and prayers are with Tun Dr Mahathir and his family at this difficult time.
May Allah SWT, in His infinite mercy, forgive Allahyarhamah, accept all her good deeds, grant her the highest place in Jannah, and grant strength and comfort to her beloved family.
